Ever since I was little, I have always enjoyed eating different kinds of desserts. I continously ate the same desserts I regularly ate, but I learned to try different varities of them as I grew older. This webpage is about the ones I find the most delicious and flavorful.
Probably ice cream is one of the most commond desserts. I love every flavor it comes in , but I would choose strawberry cheesecake for my favorite one. Ice creams are usually a summer treat, but in my opinion, they're delicious in every season.
Tarts are baked desserts that are usually filled with custard or other sweet fillings. They're similar to pies but are normally smaller. I love all tarts in general, but I would have to pick egg tarts for my favorite one.
Macarons are meringue-based sweets stuffed wiht several types of fillings, such as buttercream, jam, chocolate ganache, etc. They come in a diversity of flavors and colors, using food coloring or adding various extracts. Although macarons are known to be originated from France, they were first created by an Italian chef.
Bingsu is a shaved ice dessert with toppings, including fruits, syrup, and red beans that can be added to increase the sweetness. In Korean culture, it is one of the most enjoyed desserts by everyone. THe most famous one is patpingsu, like a normal bingsu, but with red bean paste. There are other varieties: for example, mango, berry, and green tea bingsu. My favorites are the fruit ones.
Customarily, red velvet cakes are chocolate layered cakes that are reddened with crimson red coloring. They usually have cream cheese icing in between the thick layers. Red velvet cakes ordinarily don't have toppings, but they're sometimes accompanied by fruits, powdered sugar, and more.
